She creates a distinctive visual lexicon defined by a bold and expressive color palette. Working primarily with florals, Flint focuses on organic shapes and the subtle interplay of color within color, allowing form and emotion to unfold through paint.

artist Bio
The artist draws on historical references in art which include flower representation and symbolism relating to the phases in a woman's life. She works through meditative brushstrokes to transcend these representations and to embody the emotions that flowers evoke such as feminine love and strength.
Prior to focusing on painting full-time, the artist worked in Fashion for the luxury house of GUCCI for seventeen years where she honed her eye and passion for shapes, colors and the ethereal.
Flint studied art and art history while attending Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and studied painting at The Art Students League of New York. Flint lives and works in New York.
